ConsultantsDen provides free tools for independent consultants and freelancers including:

• Invoice generator
• Rate calculator
• Proposal and SOW generators
• Digital signature and PDF e-sign tools

You may use these tools for personal and commercial purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Misrepresent our tools as your own product

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that documents or signatures produced by our tools are legally binding in any jurisdiction. For legally binding documents, consult a qualified attorney and use a certified e-signature platform with audit trails.

Some pages on ConsultantsDen contain affiliate links to third-party services (DocuSign, HelloSign/Dropbox Sign, PandaDoc). If you sign up for these services via our links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend services we believe are genuinely useful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConsultantsDen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any documents created with it.

Intellectual Property

Documents, invoices, proposals, and other content you create using our tools belong to you. The ConsultantsDen platform, code, and branding are owned by ConsultantsDen and may not be copied or redistributed.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
