ConsultantsDen ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. Our tools are designed with privacy-first principles: most processing happens entirely in your browser and your files never leave your device.
What We Collect
Analytics
We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage data: page views, tool usage counts, browser type, and country-level location. No personally identifiable information is collected via analytics. You can opt out by enabling your browser's Do Not Track setting.
Email Subscriptions
If you voluntarily submit your email address via our subscription forms, we store your email address to send you consultant resources and product updates. We store subscriber emails securely via Airtable. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Your Documents
Files you process with our tools (PDFs, signature images, invoices) are processed entirely in your browser. We never transmit, store, or have access to your documents.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies required for analytics (PostHog session cookies). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Vercel — hosting and edge functions (Privacy Policy)
- PostHog — privacy-friendly analytics (Privacy Policy)
- Airtable — email subscriber storage (Privacy Policy)
We also include affiliate links to DocuSign, HelloSign (Dropbox Sign), and PandaDoc. Clicking these links may result in us receiving a commission. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. We do not sell your data to third parties.
