Pilot inquiries
If you submit an inquiry, you provide your name, work email, optional website, and the message you choose to share. This information is used to assess fit and reply about a possible QA engagement. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or book a paid service.
Inquiries are processed by this website on Vercel and delivered to the ConsultantsDen inquiry channel using Discord. People with access to that channel can see the information you submit. Please share only high-level business context. Do not include credentials, API keys, payment details, sensitive personal information, or customer records.
Website analytics
The website uses PostHog and Vercel Analytics for website usage information. This may include visited page paths, browser or device information, and approximate location. The managed QA site disables PostHog automatic interaction capture and session recording. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from its PostHog pageview events, and inquiry field contents are not included in those events.
Analytics providers and hosting infrastructure may process technical information as part of delivering their services. Browser privacy settings and extensions may limit analytics. You can browse the service information without submitting an inquiry.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the website and provides website analytics

- Discord carries inquiry messages to the configured inquiry channel
Test access and customer information
An inquiry does not grant access to your app. Access, test accounts, data handling, authorized environments, evidence sharing, and retention for a QA engagement must be agreed before work begins. Synthetic data and limited-access test accounts are preferred.
Legacy utilities
Older browser-based utilities remain available separately from the managed QA offering. Their document-editing behavior should not be treated as secure redaction, legal advice, or a security guarantee. Legacy subscriber information, where previously submitted and configured, may be held in Airtable. The new pilot inquiry form does not use that subscriber list.
Questions and requests
You can request correction or deletion of inquiry information, or ask about how it is used, through the contact form. Include only enough information to identify your inquiry. No fixed retention period for engagement data is promised by this notice; any engagement-specific arrangements should be confirmed in writing.

This notice may change as the service develops. The updated date above identifies the current version.
